Before you write

  • Bookings: we are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We cannot make, change or cancel a booking, and we cannot see your booking details. Please contact the provider you booked with.
  • Corrections: tell us the page address and what needs changing; a source we can check helps. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
  • Commercial enquiries: paid placements do not buy editorial coverage or recommendations. See our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure.

We read every message. We reply where a reply is needed, but we cannot promise to answer every message individually.
